WebThe Chronic Illness Access Agreement is a life insurance policy agreement that provides an option to accelerate the death benefit in the event that the insured becomes chronically ill. The accumulation value, surrender value, loan value, and death proceeds will be reduced when a chronic illness benefit payment is made under this agreement. WebThe BenefitAccess rider is an optional rider that accelerates the life insurance death benefit when the insured is terminally ill or is chronically ill and otherwise meets the terms of the rider. It is not long-term care (LTC) insurance. Benefits received under the rider will reduce and may deplete the death benefit.
